Terms of Use
The New Hope Community Church staff and volunteers are dedicated to promoting a cooperative web community based upon the high moral standards put forth by the Bible. By registering for an account on the New Hope Community Church web site, you can become a contributor to the content of this web site and agree that when you contribute, you will do so out of love for others.
We expect all contributors to the New Hope Community Church web site to help promote a friendly and Christ-centered online community. As Paul wrote in Philippians 4:8, "whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things." This is exactly the kind of attitude we want this web site to promote both through content written by ministry leaders and by content published by other contributors who register with this site.
In the course of the Christian life, Christians will disagree on things. Even the church fathers had this experience, such as we find in Acts 15 when Paul and Barnabbas went to meet with the other elders to determine the value of circumcision in the new church. However, it is right to speak such dissensions in love. We earnestly seek to build each other up even through disagreement. It should be our goal always to know God more and realize that every Christian is different and we can love and encourage each other even through disagreement.
The New Hope Community Church staff and web volunteers reserve the right to edit any content posted upon this web site. Individual comments and other posts may be removed if they are deemed inappropriate by the staff or volunteers for reasons of language, content, or for unwelcome solicitation (such as spam). The staff and web volunteers are reluctant to remove contributions to this site, but will when it is necessary to preserve the friendly and Christ-centered nature of this community. The New Hope Community Church web site may also ban or disable accounts for any user that abuses the privilege of having this account.
